Life: Never Expect Power Always

Does anyone have any idea why power has been tripping on and off across Accra these past few days when Akosombo's water levels seem quite healthy?

    problems in transmission (they could be doing routine maintenance)... in the power plant, transmission plant/ lines...

    There is a massive ECG operation going on at the moment.Old meters are being replaced with new prepaid ones.A complete nightmare.Most of the meters they fixed are either faulty themselves or have a faulty wiring to the mains.Ours is possessed and goes mental every night from 10pm;on and off, and off and on ... GRRHHH.
